Vendor Rules and Agreement
Any registrations included in the sponsorship level and any purchased in addition to those included are for one person for the duration of the conference and may not be shared, transferred or used by anyone but the specified registrant. No portion of the registration will be refunded if not used for the entire conference by the registrant.
All sponsors must confine their exhibit to the assigned 8’ X 2’ skirted table(s) without intrusion into the aisles or other tables. Wireless Internet and power will be provided to each table.
Wireless Internet access is available in the exhibit area as a shared resource; NO ONE may connect any equipment to the network at Eagle Ridge. This will be monitored and any violation will result in appropriate action being taken. The networks at Eagle Ridge are maintained by an outside firm, not Eagle Ridge. Any problems with the wireless network in the exhibit area should be immediately reported to a GMIS Illinois representative who will contact the appropriate parties.
No items may be shipped to Eagle Ridge for the conference without prior notice by phone or email to Carole Shutts, Sales Manager, 815.776.5068 or cshutts@eagleridge.com. Items should not be shipped to arrive before November 4, 2012. Items shipped, with notification, will be stored in a secured room. Eagle Ridge is not responsible for damage or loss to any items shipped. Please be sure shipped items are clearly labeled for the GMIS Illinois Conference and YOUR company name, not the shipping company’s name.
NOTE: To prevent cancellation of your sponsorship/registration, payment MUST be received by November 1. Unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation without notice and will not be allowed to participate in the conference.
Adherence to these requirements is necessary so that all participants in the GMIS Illinois conference have a positive experience. We appreciate your cooperation.
