| Cancellation Policy: |
Requests for cancellations will be honored, less $75 per person processing fee, if cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the start of the event. Written requests postmarked between 60 and 90 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows". All substitutions must be made in writing, SORRY, but absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to GMIS Illinois at 4 East Ogden Avenue, #195, Westmont , IL. 60559. Cancellations will be processed four to six weeks after the event.
Additionally, if you have selected the "Check" or "Pay at Event" option, you will be required to make the payment prior to showing up at the conference, or else you will be asked to provide a check or personal credit card guarantee at the time of check-in.
Non-advance payment of registration fees does not void the cancellation policy. All registrations not canceled and not paid will be due regardless of attendance.
