We are pleased and excited to invite you to participate in the 10th Annual GMIS-IL Conference, “Going Binary, Back to Basics!” This year the conference will begin on Monday evening, November 1, with a Welcome Reception and concludes Thursday at noon following our keynote by Craig Brown, Global Knowledge.
As in past years, the conference will offer 5 ½ educational sessions on both Tuesday and Wednesday along with ample opportunities to network with your collegues and visit with state of the art IT vendors.
We know public sector budgets are stretched and with that in mind, this year’s conference affords you numerous cost effective options for attending. Here’s several ideas to minimize the cost of attending this year’s conference:

Use a $250 Scholarship from Global Knowledge* to pay one full registration OR apply toward rooming costs. Simply choose Global Knowledge Scholarship Recipient at ONLINE REGISTRATION. You will receive an invoice for $0.

Bring two or more people from your agency. First registration is $250, second and subsequent registrations are only $225 each.

Sign up for a One Day Registration for only $100, eliminating the rooming cost entirely. For just $100 you get five educational sessions continental breakfast, lunch and breaks. And on Wednesday, you can also participate in the Vendor Appreciation Reception.
Forgot to renew your GMIS IL membership wish to become a member? (The conference is a ‘members only’ event) You can register for the conference AND pay your organization’s one year membership fee. Just choose Non-member Public Sector Agencies Only - $350.00 at ONLINE REGISTRATION.
*Anyone GMIS IL regular member who has attended a Global Knowledge training class in calendar year 2010 is entitled to a registration scholarship for one full conference registration or $250 toward rooming costs. Only ONE scholarship per person, subject to verification.
