- To present a unified voice as a cooperative organization to all suppliers of hardware, software, and related data processing services.
- To provide a group of qualified professional data processing persons capable of advising, lending credence or assisting state representatives or other governmental agencies .
- To work for the common good of all governmental agencies and their data processing prefessionals and be representative of them should the need exist.
